I'm Mariane
Clinical Psychologist, certified ADHD coach, award-winning entrepreneur and proud CEO of The Posify Group, host of podcast Classroom 5.0, mum to two twice-exceptional (gifted and AuDHD) teens... And yep - you guessed it -
A fellow ADHDer, navigating both the mess and the magic of this wild and wonderful adventure we call life.
When I received my diagnosis of ADHD as an adult, EVERYTHING about my life made a LOT more sense. Except for one thing. Why it took so long to figure out this mega missing piece of my brain puzzle 🙈😆
In researching strategies to support my own brain health and functioning, my eyes were opened to how much women were being left out of the mainstream stories and clinical picture. I realised how desperately we needed a space to access quick, reliable and effective solutions, specifically targeted to our lived experiences of ADHD as women.
So I strategically gathered all the research and tools specifically targeting our unique experiences of ADHD as women, and combined them systematically with my favourite positive psychology practices.
The result is Messy Magic - an evidence-informed program empowering you with the knowledge, skills and community you need to thrive. I can't wait to share it with you!

What I found most valuable, especially just going on the journey myself and often questioning my own ADHD in the process, was hearing other people's stories. The challenges and the triumphs, the barriers - it's been really nice to know that I'm not alone. It's helped me to realise even more that I can show up in a world that's not built for us, and be proud. A safe space to connect and learn. That's the beauty in what's been created here.

The Messy Magic Program allows for such a mindful, considerate and flexible container to learn and grow. Every lesson and video inside brings such a warm, beautiful energy to encourage and equip those of us with ADHD to be our own, authentic selves.

A Word from Mariane
When you discover as an adult that you've lived your whole life with neurodevelopmental condition like ADHD or Autism, it can suddenly make sense why everything feels like A LOT!
From grocery lists to school drop offs, managing medical appointments, study and work schedules, even deciding what you’re going to wear each morning. Those 'day to day things' your friends make look so easy, seem to take you so much more EFFORT.
But amongst the 'mess' that comes with living with your different brain, are you remembering all of your MAGIC? Chances are, you have one or more genuine divergent strengths, like out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving, a profound sense of fairness and an infectious energy that lights up any room you walk in. Qualities that neurotypical folk only ever dream about.
In both my professional and lived experience of navigating ADHD, I've deeply valued safe and inclusive spaces that enable people to explore the full spectrum of their uniquely wired minds.
Messy Magic is not just about understanding your challenges; it's a journey to rediscover, develop, and celebrate your unique talents. It's a space for women and those assigned female at birth to gain clinical insights, share stories, and build a supportive community.
Whether you're joining Messy Magic or not, I hope that by spending time here, you're inspired and motivated to shed the stories of shame and guilt that came as a result of not knowing the unique make up of your brilliant brain. Those stories were placed upon you by others, and never yours to own. My biggest wish for you is that you keep working to understand your past and present through your unique lens, so you can redefine success on your terms and live a life with more moments of joy, meaning, and ease that you deserve. ~ Mariane Power
