On Demand Training: Conquer Your Inner Critic and Thrive

Learn how to identify moments when self-doubt takes over, and gain science backed skills to swap out the inner-critic out with an inner-cheersquad that celebrates the creative leader and entrepreneurial trailblazer you are!

2. Build Healthy Habits

Understand the unique experience of the ADHD inner critic from research that highlights the negative impact of internalizing or executive functioning difficulties. Then, learn and apply the skill of reframing negative thoughts into more constructive and empowering statements that help you to nurture your self-compassion and boost your self-confidence.

3. Establish Boundaries

People pleasers and perfectionists, listen up! Discover why imposter syndrome is driving your 'to do' list in the wrong direction, and what you can do about it! Maintain your strength of kindness and service mindset, with assertive social scripts that prevent burnout and leave more room for you to move the needle on goals that serve the people and projects that matter the most.

 

The training also includes answers to questions from participants who purchased a ticket to the live event training in May. All participants gave consent for the answers to their questions to be included in this recording, to support your deepened understanding of how to apply the skills and strategies at home.
